Mental health first aid training for charities and community groups in Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast

Help your staff and volunteers support the people you serve, and each other, when mental health is part of the picture.

Why charities book this training

Frontline staff and volunteers often meet people at the hardest point in their lives. The training gives everyone the same clear steps for noticing when someone is struggling, starting the conversation, and connecting them with professional help. It also helps your team look after each other, which matters when the work is heavy.

Staff and volunteers together

Groups run from 6 to 24, so staff and volunteers can train together. You supply the room, a screen and lunch.

Which course suits your team

  • Standard mental health first aid, for staff and volunteers working with adults.
  • Youth mental health first aid, for staff and volunteers working with young people aged 12 to 18.
